I painted this painting in August 2009 based on photos I took near Todd, NC in June. It was a beautiful weekend with some great friends and I took a lot of nice photos that weekend. This is the first one I have turned into a painting.

The second image shows the painting as I have framed it. I chose double matting in grayish off white and dark green and rustic wooden moulding to make the frame. All materials are of archival quality.
