I painted this in 2008 from a reference photo of a crab. I wanted to paint something colorful and creative, and I think I succeeded!

The second image shows the painting as I have framed it. I chose double matting in dark brown and tan and shiny reddish moulding with gold highlights to make the frame. All materials are of archival quality.
